He co-founded Careerxpress in order to further assist those looking to further their understanding of digital marketing.

The company has trained thousands of people and organizations in digital marketing, and it currently employs 287 people in countries including Nigeria, Ghana, Rwanda, and many more.

His team used virtual training to spread digital marketing instruction to more people during the COVID-19 outbreak.

By connecting them with experienced digital marketers, he has helped firms increase their sales and market share.

Ekundayo has provided the economy with solutions through his activities, including seminars, hiring, and entrepreneurship training.

Favour Ibekwe is a Lawyer, Arbitrator and a Child/Female Rights Advocate.
With a first class degree in law, a masters in international law, a running MA in Health Law, a certification in Arbitration and others from leadership and teenage coaching. She merges these trainings to provide hybrid legal solutions.

A Certified Teen Coach, Law Lecturer and a consummate Volunteer for causes related to Education, Technology Women Empowerment and Rights Advocacy.

She is a passionate speaker who enjoys speaking to a diverse range of audience on these issues of interest both locally and internationally.

She’s also the founder of the Legally Informed Network an online platform for disseminating relevant legal information especially on Gender/Child Health and Consumer Rights and Co- Founder of the Gem Initiative an NGO focused on tech driven solutions for educating young people.

In addition to collaborating with other NGOs to provide mentorship and legal access to vulnerable women and girls, she has been accepted as a UK delegate for the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women to further crystallize her advocacy on Gender Equality.

Chrissie is a visionary, design strategist, and women’s inclusion advocate. As a polymath, she leverages her insatiable curiosity to extract insights from various bodies of knowledge to develop innovative strategies that drive business success. With seven years of experience in finance, development,cleantech, and healthtech sectors, Chrissie is always exploring, rethinking, and reimagining the future of technology, economies, strategies, and asking ethical questions.

She holds an undergraduate degree in economics and is currently pursuing a master’s in strategic design and management from the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York. As a faculty member of finance at Parsons, she brings her expertise to inspire future generations. Chrissie is also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence in California.

Chrissie’s impressive accomplishments include being a Sanofi Woman in Tech, One Young World Ambassador, World Bank Young Leader, and GLC Top 3 Innovator. Her passion for personal transformation and business innovation has made her a sought-after speaker, both locally and internationally.

In addition to her impressive professional achievements, Chrissie is an executive director at She Innovators Foundation, a non-profit organization that aims to eradicate poverty through advocacy for solutions, women’s inclusion, and policy change in education, tech, and energy. With her presence, professionalism, and dynamic energy, Chrissie is a true force to be reckoned with.

Excellence is an impact entrepreneur, gender inclusion in tech expert and advocate, coach, and digital skills expert with over four (4) years of experience empowering girls and women in Africa with various relevant digital skills and helping them get jobs. She works to ensure that more African girls and women have the relevant technical skills for decent jobs, employment, and entrepreneurship to break the cycle of poverty in their lives, care for their families, and strengthen their communities.

She is the founder and President of the Techy Train Incubator Foundation, where her team advocates for girls and women to be empowered and educated with digital skills. After training them, they help them find work opportunities by leveraging their skills to make their own money through our outsourcing program. They have empowered over 7000 girls and young women from across 35 countries in Africa so far since 2021.

She is also the founder and CEO of Techy Train Incubator, a business process outsourcing and IT consulting firm that bridges the gender employment gap in Africa while helping businesses and organizations scale at a reasonable cost. They have the vision to be the international leader and guru for delegation and automation in business and to assist business owners in living the freedom-based business lifestyle. They inspire entrepreneurs to build a business that runs with or without them giving them the freedom to have a sustainable and thriving business while ensuring women are employed.

She is a multi-award winner and author of the book “An African Girl’s First Guide to Technology, which is currently widely distributed to girls across the African continent.

She coaches young, audacious women to live intentional and meaningful lives making an impact and profit.
